
First Aid Level 1 (Online course)
Course Description
The First Aid Level 1 course covers the basics of what to do in an emergency situation, whether it is at home or in the workplace. Everyone should know the basic principles of CPR in order to make a difference when seconds count between life and death.
This course is accredited by the Department of Labour and the certificate issued can be used for compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act of South Africa.
This course is divided into two sections, namely a theory and practical component. Once the online (theory) course has been completed, each student will be practically evaluated at our premises, which is situated in Lynnwood Ridge Pretoria. Each student will be contacted once the completed written examination paper is received from the student to make a booking for the practical evaluation. Special arrangements can be made for on-site evaluation of groups.
A certificate of competence is issued after the student have been found competent in both the theory and practical components.
Please note that students must be 16 years or older to do this course.
